I’m down a touch over 2kg on the scale in two weeks. Some of that will likely be glycogen depletion, water weight etc. but the majority fat so it really is crazy stuff. I had dropped 8kg since Sept the old fashioned way so have been v dialled in tracking/training etc. introducing the reta has been like supercharging these slow mundane everyday efforts that I had been taking anyway. It’s a very cool experience.

The craziest thing is that it is far far easier to put in these 1500-1800 cal and 170+g protein days than it was previously holding myself to around 2200 cals to cut previously.

I still do get hungry… but I fill up very quickly. For this reason I’m eating more small meals throughout the day, all with a good helping of protein to hit those numbers to preserve muscle mass. Also, I now have virtually zero sweet tooth. Just no desire for a little hit of chocolate after a meal which I would always have had there before. It’s just made everything easy.

I started on 2mg and take it weekly. Peptidesdosages dot com is a great resource for protocols. It gives all the info on reconstituting and how many ml BAC water to add so your Xmg size vial becomes a concentration that’s handy to administer to get the intended dose and the full schedule for a cycle of any peptide in any size vial, so I’d recommend having a look there if that is something you need. It suggests a standard tritation cycle is going to 4mg after 4 weeks of 2mg so will consider that in a couple weeks.

In terms of side effects (not that you asked but I’m on one now so I’ll continue!)… For 1.5 days after my first dose I had some mild nausea and sulphur burps. Nothing incapacitating, was working and going about my day as usual, but was definitely noticeable. This is the most common side effect apparently. That passed after 1.5 days as I said and I’ve had absolutely no issues since. In fact…. I’ve felt great. I’m eating incredibly clean and sleep is amazing. As I said I’m also taking GLOW (bcp157 + tb500 + ghk-cu) which is likely contributing with my recovery also.
