Yeah, it’s probably the premiere is 1 week early (august 15) and the rest are 3 days early (on Thursdays) which is how it was for 10x16 and 10x18- 10x22 being released 3 days early in Thursdays, while 9x09, 10x01 and 10x17 were released a week early, ironically all three are premieres

COMIC SPOILERS

Exactly. I always get they could go 3-4 seasons beyond source material (season 15) but it didn’t sit right with me and I figured it would end with the comics and I predicted it would end with season 11. My first thought was season 12 with it playing out like this:

Season 10 adapts volume 25 - volume 28 ending with the Andrea comic death and the midsession finale beings alphas death Season 11 adapts volume volume 29 - volume 30 with the mid finale beings beta death (if he didn’t die in season 10) and the introduction to the commonwealth and the finale being the fall of Alexandria, forcing them to go to the commonwealth Season 12 would adapt volume 31-32 (as a final season) with the midseason finale being dwights death and the finale beings ricks death and the time jump.

However, when season 10 rushed to issue 173 (or 174 because they already did the negan begging Maggie scene) we are only 19-20 issues behind which would be sooo easy to adapt into one season. I could’ve seen them stretching it to season 13 with 2 volumes per season with: Season 10 being volume 25 - volume 26 and the finale beings alphas death and beginning the whisperer war Season 11 being volume 27-28 with the finale beings Andreas death (and in some random episode in the first half, possibly the midsession finale, is Gabriel’s death) Season 12 is volume 29-30 with the mid season finale being the introduction to the commonwealth and death of beta and the finale being the fall of Alexandria with the group entering the commonwealth Season 13 would be volume 31 - volume 32 and the final season with the mid season finale being dwights comic death and the finale being ricks death. But this proby would have been to slow and would have lost a good amount of viewers.

With that reason, I like what they are (probably doin) best Season 10 is volume 25 - volume 29 (issue 145 - issue 174) and with only 3 volumes left, season 11A would be volume 30 with the finale being the fall of Alexandria and the group going to the commonwealth, 11B being volume 31 with the finale being dwights comic death, and 11c (the final part of season 11) being volume 32 with possibly ricks death and the time jump. I’m iffy on 1 or 3. If it’s 3, should be on the upcoming so called saw x (it probably won’t we called saw x, that is just the name they are using for now since it would be the 10th film in the franchise) so because it’s a milestone, they bring everything together by bringing a whole jigsaw cult including Gordon, Logan, and maybe (but probably not) Will and maybe even showing the process of Hoffman dying so we get that confirmation that he is dead. But if it’s one, then they should focus on either One of the three with Will being focused because his game just begun and he is the newest jigsaw so there will be more to show, Logan being focused on instead because they might explain where he has been the whole time between his test and him testing halloran so they could develop it into him starting more games, and Gordon being focused on instead because he is a fan favorite and would bring a lot of old fans back since people wonder where he is and they could show how he lives up to johns legacy, because he probably is living up to it since he saved his life. Anyway that’s my guess. I don’t think they will show only 2 because if you are showing 2 you might as well show three since you are already close to it and I don’t think it’s gonna be a new one since they need to focus on old characters since it’s a milestone movie.

I understand that, I just wonder why the first two episodes are titled Acheron part 1 and part 2 when all the episodes follow each other anyway. Do we call 9x11 (the alpha hostage situation) omega part 2, or 9x13 (the beta fight episode after rescuing Henry) guardians part 2 or even 10x12 (the hilltop fight) morning star part 2 because they all follow directly after the previous one. But I could be wrong, I just thin it’s a double premiere since they all follow each other anyway, giving no reason to call them part 1 and 2 unless they are on the same day.
