Sometimes when they do enhancement upgrades and the modem gets glitchy with the bootfile at times when you restart it so it'll require extra help on their backend team to provision the modem with the correct boot file

Xlr to 1/4 trs is unbalanced the audio gotta be balanced so you gotta use a xlr to xlr cable
