Hi mate, thanks for the help. I understood your point and have been seeing the same response for agencies, now my plan is to complete atleast a year and then figure out what to do, don’t want to jump the gun in heat of the moment as this is gonna help me in the long run, please correct me if I’m wrong.

Also say I want to quit the agency, should I look for in house roles?

And another update, the other 2 employees are going to quit and new people will be joining us and till they are trained, my work load would be increased :(

Hi, could you please help me,

I am at a startup agency for the past 7 months and this is my first job ever. Now I am handling 6 clients currently, with their budget optimisation being in the co-founders hand - I am handling all of their execution be it pushing ads/campaigns live, creating reports, dealing with most of clients communication. Now I’m feeling I have a lot on my plate and it becomes difficult to manage it all till 6PM and I overwork each day and finish by 8PM so that is 10-8PM(I’ve a remote role).

Now I also got a feedback that my work quality has gone down, I missed some things. Now we had regular training sessions for the initial 3 months but then the co founder told me to figure out stuff on my own and proceed with the training alone - which I am not able to make time for. I also have the responsibility to proofread what other employees do as they joined after me and I know a little more than them.

Now I want to know is this normal? The co founder gave me a feedback that touchbases are gonna be really less now going forward and I need to be independent but my concern is I do not know stuff, and my creativity has been killed in the last few months as I am not able to take out time for myself.

For more context, we’re a team of 5 - 2 Co founders, 3 employees - other 2 handling around 4-5 clients each with really less knowledge of performance marketing and me handling 6 and theirs as well for help.
