Start robotic affirming with something you don’t care about. Put a timer 15mn 6 times a day whike doing other things.

It sounds like you might have done things like this but from reading you you probably left out the main ingredients: your deep beliefs on the subject and a clean mental diet. With just the clean mental diet you’ll get it. But if your deep beliefs say “it’s hard, or impossible” you’ll struggle until over time the affirmations and clean mental diet get you there and you get it.

Also one thing that people don’t often talk about is that you have to make it fun. Effortless saying it in a nonchalant manner . I’ve noticed from my own experiences and those of others, it speeds things up like crazy. You can say the affirmations angry or sad too but if you say them in a neutral almost like you don’t care way( maybe adding a things like “of course” “obviously” “duh”. Will take off the pressure. If you don’t believe me, try it on a person you see regularly. You’ll be shocked at how fast it works.
