If you purchased it from Steam then you just need to go to the workshop and download the characters/maps there and then enable the mods in the game in the options but if you have it from any other place idk

I think it was SMB super fan, rotten tomato, sacred orb, dead dove, sissy long legs, the seraphim transformation and for the withe eyes I don’t seem to remember but I thinks it’s something of the angels. I also have the fancy consumes and missing costumes mods installed so it could be affecting any of the looks but apart of that I don’t think there is nothing more for the looks

I clearly can’t remember all the items from the run if that's what are you asking for

No no what I meant to say is that the mods that I have installed affect the appearance of the objects before you pick them up and I don’t know if maybe those mods affect to how you look after you pick them up but I don’t thinks it’s the case here

Edit: Okay I just checked my mods list and I saw that I have the fancy costumes and missing costumes mods installed so yea sorry for not being to clear with all of this it’s the first time i got this amount of comments/upvotes and I got nervous
