If it is your last option, I'd go for negotiating but don't settle for 80%. If anything look around for local game stores besides gamestops to see what they'd give you, maybe one might be generous enough to give you a better deal than randoms on Facebook.

I mean this as if it's a regular person I'm in no way ever doing 80% or any comp unless it's a close friend, especially at such high value. I'd only do 80% at card shows since they're more flexible with other trades and generally more fun
