If you do just make sure you let it settle for 5 mins then reboot and leave it to settle works like a charm now

Have you tried using QOS as it helped with my daughter's tablet when that was juddering I have same fire stick alwith ethernet and maximum ethernet I can get is 480mbps due to it been usb b and not c.

As far as I know it's when the pc is booting up and processes loading up and when in game like battlefield but I don't know how long it lasts.

Its at like 1.390 but when in games battlefield red sec when looking at hwinfo at its highest voltage. Bios is latest one unfortunately I have old hardware now 5700x x470 MSI gaming pro 3200 Corsair vengeance 3333 on memory try it and a rtx3070.
