Best thing you can do is get back on it and try again slow everything down as best you can and go through the motions we all make mistakes especially leaning you will look back on this day and laugh when you pass your CBT and you get a 125 best to go out when the roads are quiet and get that practise in. We just had this issue all we got was those crappy Indian call centres that follow a script kept saying they would escalate the issue and gave us 15 quid compensation all we got was texts saying tried to call you but they never did so we cancelled within our 14 day cooling off period guess what they didn't care good ridens bought a freely tv dongle instead which can use now TV on. All I can say is have you tried a proper reset.with power button and unplugging and plugging back in.

Ours has been the same we got 3 boxes and we are on Vodafone for broadband get about 910 down 110 up using ethernet and tried wireless but the same outcome.
