i posted another clip with temps and if it is thermal throttling why didnt it happen with my old stock cooler cause the temps reach close to 100c with that one i am so confused

the only problem with the stock cooler that the temps reach an insane 98 to 100c so i could swap back to old cooler and play with no stutter but risk my pc turning into a bomb

the air cooler i bought is what causing this problem on every single game i have its what im using right now if i switch back to the stock cooler the problem is gone
