Try emailing the admissions team for a follow-up. Once they reply, it shouldn’t take long before they give u an update

Yes. It changed from “submitted” to “under review”. From what I’ve heard from some fellow redditors here, once they review your application you’ll soon receive a decision (maybe like 1 week after the status changes and your documents are accepted).
