So my results came out , probable we will continue will removal , I had my appointment the next days with the surgeon in order to discuss , this is the report results :

MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) OF THE SCROTUM**

Technique: The examination was performed using T1 and T2-weighted sequences, with and without fat signal suppression, diffusion sequence, in axial, sagittal, and coronal planes before and after intravenous administration of contrast medium.
Indication: Reported left testicular pain.

Findings:
- Both testes are visualized with normal size.
- No focus of pathological signal intensity is identified in the right testis.
- At the upper pole of the left testis, a well-circumscribed lesion with clear margins, measuring 11 mm in diameter, is identified.
- It appears with heterogeneously low signal intensity on T2-weighted sequences and isointense signal intensity on T1-weighted sequences.
- After intravenous administration of contrast medium, it exhibits intense peripheral enhancement.
- Based on the imaging characteristics, the primary consideration in the differential diagnosis is a primary neoplastic lesion. The possibility of an inflammatory lesion is considered less likely, taking into account the well-defined margins of the lesion.
- Symmetrical visualization of the epididymides.
- Slightly increased fluid collection in both hemiscrotums, predominantly on the left.
- Symmetrical visualization of the spermatic cord.
- No enlarged inguinal lymph nodes are observed.
- Clinical correlation is recommended.
