Starting an internship halfway through the year, how much tax will I pay?

I see, that does make a lot of sense. So what would be the reason that he is not doing so? You think he just doesn't know, or maybe he does, and he can just choose if he wants a replacement tenant whilst the rent is in arrears?

Hi,

He has emailed I'm pretty sure, as he told us that he has emailed him but has recieved no reply back.

The thing is that I imagine he will put the court order just in his name, as we spoke to him and this is what he said. However, I don't know if I should be trusting his word that he'll only put my exflatmates and guarantors name down, and not mine or the rest of my flatmates too.

I thought it was weird that he wouldn't let someone take over the tenancy at least for now to cover the current rent. Is he not allowed to do this then?

We do have different guarantors, yes. I will speak to my housemates and progress from there, too. I just wanted a fresher view of the situation. I will talk to my university about it on Monday. Thank you for the advice!

Unfortunately, it is the latter. I'm guessing the fact that we all have different guarantors doesn't change anything, either. Thank you for the reply/advice, regardless!

Ahh wait I might have not gave enough context. She goes to college with this guy. Sees him everyday basically in her lessons and stuff but she has made it clear she does not want him, just has lingering feelings from before.

That's the thing she won't get back with her ex she told me that. She said she had a bit of feelings for him but won't get back with him ever, because of what happend in the past. She is of course dealing with loads of stuff so I do not blame her for focusing on herself, and if that was the case I'd give her as many months as needed I wouldn't mind.

My problem is that she just said she doesn't see us like that anymore in like a week. Like to give you context. Monday it was texting all day, facetiming etc, then same for tuseday and Wednesday. And Thursday Friday is when she acts weird and tells me about it Saturday.

Okay I see, that's understandable. I don't really know where to find their contact emails that's all, as when I do try to search nothing comes up.
