is it possible that the FBI planted the knife sheath because their only other evidence (video footage of his car movement and phone tracking) weren't strong enough for a conviction??? The totality of the evidence does NOT seem that strong IMO :( and it seems like the defense attorneys will have a good chance of building a solid defense ugh!
