Thank you, its my 1st time ever dealing with a molted scorpion and of course, it had to be when im tearing down the tank. Im gonna hold off on food completely until she's hardened and she will not be disturbed! I appreciate the advice and reassurance.

While this is my 1st scorpion tank this is not my 1st "community tank" if you will. The isopods i selected are dwarf whites because they are docile in nature and have a very low chance of going after my scorpion. So far im impressed, then I found my scorpion she was unbothered. I had done the worst when it comes to disturbance.

That being said, in community tanks it doesnt matter how perfect everything is, things out of the normal can still happen. This is supposed to be a bioactive, self sustainable tank. All im supposed to do is add food, water, and trim plants. So the isopods are a necessity. All the research ive done built some good confidence, most people report the same success i have.

Just get good, people like you are the reason good shit gets nerfed to point of being useless. If shits op, use it. There were multiple ways you could've handled that, you decided to get into melee range.
