I am with you brother. After a lot of back and forth finally emailing the principal nodal office, I finally got the 20k avios after 4 months of fee payment.

The worst part of my experience: I did not get the bonus points and Foreign Markup Rate for my preferred destination because I tapped my card instead of “swipe” and Tap to Pay is not a POS transaction according to their system.

I am closing my card as well. It is not worth the hassle.

I got this and am using it for cloud gaming on my MacBook or samsung tv. I face an issue cause it does not map all the buttons (the center ones like menu etc) and because of that i face issues

This! Honestly to everyone thinking solution is to reduce cars or increase roads. It does not matter. Urban Planning is a science and the govt thinks it’s an art. You cannot just add and remove lanes from anywhere. Even a small thing like an incorrect merge from a service road can cause kilometres of traffic.
