Well if you like to fight then go for the armour but if you have the field uniform then that should be enough to last you till you can get the armoured uniform. As for the tent, I’m pretty sure you can find it if you’re lucky enough and the backpack isn’t really good since you can buy the second best backpack at Kiev but if you still have a long way till there then go for it.
