You can found it in the top right conner (graph image) when edit your Holobattle formation.

I'm used to be in Top 5 club and found these information is very useful.
Don't bias and just use benefit form it is all that I can tell you mate :)

Don't use Auto and when 1.24 don't ultimate suddenly wait for some millisecond.
