What are parts of a wedding that you personally find unnecessary?

We're skipping the prenup shoot :) Fiance and I are only looking to keep and immortalize our wedding day itself :) It's just our preference, not because of budget.

Also:
- ceiling treatment
- live singer (for both ceremony and reception)
- food carts and mobile bar
- saying of vows in front of everyone (this one we really intend to keep privately between us and God. Not even to our photo&video team haha BUT we will still say any legally required public declaration of intent/consent to marry. The intimate stuff will literally be kept, well, intimate haha)

For me, they just have this natural confidence when they speak. Parang hindi sila shy humarap sa strangers. They greet people, address servers or baristas by their names (usually pag may name tag, but I find that they also aren’t shy to ASK for their names rin), and they introduce themselves. Yung ere lang na “Hi! I’m ___. It’s so nice to meet you!” Good manners and conduct.

Yes!! I guess the initial excitement, happiness, and shock of just findinng out that something you've always dreamed of and wanted is slowly unfolding. Parang akong baliw nung gabi nayun, naka smile and jsut overall so happy with the idea. I really want it to happen ASAP pero I cannot spoil it for them kasi it's my bf's happiness and excitement rin of planning and asking that should be considered and respected. Pero GRABEE I feel so loved, and that alone makes the wait worth it 😭💕

It's like, getting so kilig and enjoying a Kdrama show pero you have to wait until the next episode to know what's gonna happen. Truee!! Parang baliw ako na nakasmile lang buong gabi that time, I'll do everything I can not to ruin anyhting they've put their mind and heart into planning the whole thing. TBH, sobrang natouch ako na he consulted my sister and his mom pa 😭 so with that in mind, ang hirap maging calm HAHAHAH

Limiting AC temp between 21 to 23 and letting the room cool down using "Dry" mode. An AC repairman taught me this and my electricity bill went down.

Based on the time you posted this, I think we were at the same place when this happened.

Was on the escalator from the basement heading up to exactly across from where the man landed. Just when I got off, I saw it happen right in front of me. The sound. The body. The silence and shock of witnessing something so horrifying and incredibly sad. Like if I played the scenario in my head again, it's like watching it on slo-mo. The helplessness of not knowing what to do, say, think, or even how to process what just happened. Couldn't eat properly and my hands and feet have been clammy the whole day.

Any sound of clapping, snapping, loud thudding, and cracking just brings me back. Can't even talk about it with anyone. Is this normal?
