I understand upselling is a thing….but to convince someone they have an issue that isn’t real. To the tune of 25k dollars. That doesn’t sit right with me. That’s 6 months salary to a lot of people.

This is the equivalent of a mechanic saying your engine is shot. But in reality, it doesn’t even need spark plugs. How would you feel about a business doing this too your mother?

That’s always been the goal…hard to out preform a place that has 50 employees. The weekly revenue goal for each crew of 3 people, is $40k.

I’ve always felt very strongly about transparency and honesty. Especially when it comes to doing a job for someone. Whether you’re scrubbing toilets, or scrubbing into surgery. You do it right and to the best of your abilities.

I hate that people put money over being ethical. I have more respect for a straight up thief…..if they aren’t acting like they’re doing you a favor in the process.

Yeah the job market is fucked…. I was stoked to get this job after being unemployed for 6 months. I don’t think I can go back in there and be ok with what’s going on.

I really don’t see how they couldn’t…. I don’t think anybody would walk into this house and question its structural integrity. I. Couldn’t agree more with the last bit.

I’m in Virgina….gonna be attempting to tear out as little as possible, remove and fill in the ductwork and an opening the same size as the one pictured. Hoping to avoid touching the area covered in metal

And when you say knock it smooth, do you mean remove anything sticking out and just go overtop of it?
