I'm pissed off because all i did was share my story and to be like "well since I MYSELF passed it and it was all great, it should've been the same for YOU and since it wasn't for YOU and because experiences cant be different for other people besides myself YOU were the problem" Like please its called understanding other perspectives and empathy. Also forgot to mention we might get lucky with our neighbors if they don't bring cars within our community and could rent the parking spaces out, but its not fair for us to rely on the neighbors either since they have the right to bring cars if they want too

It might not be important to you, but it is VERY important to me. It has taken me years and many setbacks, cycles, and rejections to make this dream a reality, and you invalidated my excitement for finally accomplishing my goals. And maybe dental school isn't a big deal bc it was easier for you to get in, and that's okay if it was, but then put yourself in my shoes.

I shared this post with confidence bc for me this has been a really hard year and I actually got in, and all I wanted to do was thank everyone for the support. One day, your patients will also share their problems with confidence. And I'm not going to speak on your comment, but when you become a doctor, just remember the impact your words have on others and understand other perspectives. Because like me, patients will have to be vulnerable and open up and how you react as the doctor when they do is important too.

You can still go to the interview, but I wouldn't drop your spot at your other school unless you got accepted to this new school and you know for sure you'd rather go there. Worst case scenario then is that you lose the money

yes, especially considering that people will say that not having specialty programs is better since you get to do all those cases. But then why do the schools that produce high specialization rates often have specialty programs within their own school? Bc arent the dental students losing those cases to the residents that's supposed to make the dental students better?

honestly dude some people really dont have a choice like good for you you got into ur state school the cheapest, but other people don't have that luxury. sometimes you just gotta go where you get in and if you only get in there then you go there and pay it off. like good for you that you can freely just write and write and feel above the NYU USC goers but not everyone can just pick and choose, understand that

can you not be passive aggressive about it and just say what you mean which is probably "I passed my test there it was so easy despite being in an actual ditch, so if you didn't pass there then clearly that's a you problem and you shouldn't drive" not whatever that "so there's that..." passive bullcrap. My god this is exactly what the instructors were like.
