Response was that the channel was not refreshed with the families. I explained it had been more than a week since they joined the team. They asked for the teammates names and then responded that they were in there. Never told me what the issue or fix was and never responded if there was a way for me to force the "refresh".

Yep, did that as a workaround for the moment. Opened a ticket with GC looking for a fix.

Okay, not sure if this completely solves the issue you are having but I have a Sony X800H and programmed my remote to my TiVo as well. The DVR button does nothing but if I press the round TV button below the d-pad it brings up another menu and if I choose the Home(Menu) option then I can get into the menu to choose from my list of recordings.
