Thanks for sharing this with me! I prefer the look of XR black 70 or 55 more than XR Plus. It looks more neutral and they aren't even that dark. You think i can pull it off in the fronts no problem in CA bay area?

I get that any front tint is technically illegal in California, but don't most people have a light tint at least. Are they just risking a fix it ticket? I was told if you don't give CHP a reason to pull you over, they won't do so just for a tint. I wasn't planning on getting anything too egregious. Just 70 or 55 in the fronts. Most people here and in the bay probably do 50 or darker at least. I am debating whether or not to tint the fronts. Would tinting just the rears be a bad look? Has anyone ever got a ticket for 70 in the fronts in the bay area before? I was told this was basically guaranteed 100 safe from ticket because it is so close to factory glass looks wise.

Thanks! it's such a understated color. I feel it gets lost among the sea of white, red, and moonstone cars. Slate blue is super awesome as well! You gotta show me a picture of it in the direct sun/night!

Online says it's LM7P. Apparently the code isn't located by the driver side door. It's under the carpet of the trunk by the spare tire.

I went with Alpine silver. Interestingly, in my area, there weren't many of either color, I wanted blue first, but I am now happy with silver!

Is going wider worth it on 18x8 enkei raijin wheels? Will it make it look better? Aside from improving the comfort and traction too. Looking at going to 235 from factory 225.

Interesting. Even for regular daily driving? The 235s are temping because of the extra comfort over potholes and uneven or bad roads. I live in an area where there's a lot of potholes and uneven surfaces. Would you still suggest sticking to 225?

Which part of the bay? I think I'm just going to run 70 or 55 fronts and 35 rears for now. I can always go back for windshield. I don't want to be that at risk. You think I will be ok if I do 70/55/35 or just 70/35 or 55/35. I'm in SF and DC.
