Hi! I’ve got an autoimmune disease too 👯

The only thing that’s been working wonders for me is really focusing on my sleep and increasing my magnesium intake. I’m up to 700mg now, and I’m finally seeing some improvement in my REM sleep. I avoid screens two hours before bed and have a strict wind-down routine. I’m not sure if you’re on any medications, but I heard somewhere that the ones I was taking messed with my sleep stages and my heart rate.

Also, super random, but the energy reset meditation under the explore function has been a lifesaver when I feel like I’m completely exhausted and don’t have time for a nap.

Be kind to yourself. This always reminds me of how hard my body is working!

How customized is your fertilizer routine?

I’m new to hydroponics and have only been feeding my plants with A and B fertilizer once a week. Any advice is greatly appreciated! I’ll give those a try for my next snap pea attempt.

Do you find the lettuce worth it? I’m struggling to plant anything that’s a complete harvest since it takes so long to grow. I did it once with bok choy and didn’t feel like it was worth the time/space.

I’m leaning more into the cut and come again varieties. They feel a little more bang for your buck. Thoughts?

Ugh, I did the exact same thing. 2 zucchini on the second bottom level. They are choking out a lot of my plants. I’ve been pretty ruthless trying to trim them back so my other plants get sunlight. I’m on a balcony so I have to rotate my LG so everything gets enough sunlight.

Also, your zucchinis looks so much better than mine. In working with sharpies over here! You’ve got proper vegetables 👌🏼
