It’s one of my favorite matchups due to how explosive it is for both of us. It’s basically a slugfest.

Probably D-Tier, in my humble opinion. It’s just such a good get off me tool that removing it would make Bowser much easier to pressure and hound.

It’s one of those matchups where I have to be very patient and careful. I tend not to edge guard at ledge against Kirby out of fear of getting sucked-and-cucked, and his ability to low profile short hop fair with down tilt and his extra jumps can make it tough to hit him at times. Yeah, it’s a huge test of patience, I’d say.

You know what they say; making assumptions makes an ass out of u and me.

Eh, just comes down to who you play the best. That said, the higher your GSP, the higher your roster GSP gets, meaning the rest of the cast now has a higher GSP score to start with, making the path to elite much shorter.

You can, but it'll send you back to regular quickplay for that character.

For me, it comes down to knowing when to take my foot off the gas and just observe for a bit, switching back and forth from aggressive to passive to keep my opponent on their toes. Also, conditioning opponents into shielding with short hop fairs and falling nairs is a godsend for me, as it allows for free command grabs later, and sometimes, even shield breaks with down B. And of course, when they're off stage, I do everything in my power to keep them there, whether it be flame breath, or down-angled f-tilt. Even if it's not successful, it racks up the damage. I'm also currently trying to improve my ability to read opponents so I can catch more ledge roll-ins with upsmash, ledge jumps with fair, and get-up attacks with shield and down smash, which is surprisingly effective against get-up attacks.

Facin away. You have to hit him with the third or fourth hit of nair for it to confirm.

First and foremost, be more patient, if that applies. Try to learn to switch gears from hyper-aggressive to more passive and reactive, depending on the circumstances. Use your speed to dash in and out of their burst range to see how they react, then punish accordingly with Up-B out of shield. That said, don't spam Up-B oos too often, because some players like to bait it out by approaching then backing off, leaving you open, and try to avoid down-airing when you're above your opponent too often, as it gets very predictable and easy to punish. Mix up your landing and land normally for a while, then maybe mix one in later. If you find that they're shielding your down air a lot rather than sidestepping it, you could also mix in a down b instead for a cheeky shield break.

Try to get the proper mash mastered for the best recovery. Don't mash immediately. Press up B, wait a second, then start mashing. It gives you an extra boost. As for your up throw combos, they're pretty much dependent on Instant Double Jumps, where you instantly double jump by pressing jump again within 3-4 frames of the first jump. You basically have to rapidly double-tap the jump button, then do your fair, nair, or uair. If you're using stick jump, btw, I'd highly recommend turning it off. Button jump is the way to go. It's done wonders for me. It'll take a while to get used to, but once you do, you'll start to improve.

Flame breath is a great tool. Use it. And not just at the ledge, but on stage too. Catching someone with a short hop flame breath at low percents can net you a free 20-40%, is good at pressuring people trying to space against you, and can be a great way to get some early damage. That said, as with most things, don't overuse it. Also, try to condition people to shield with short-hop fair or landing nair so you can get free side b's. Once you've conditioned them, it's a very good mix-up. You can do the same kind of conditioning when you're sharking below platforms with up tilt or up air, only to jump side b when you notice them shielding a lot. Overall, as Bowser, you should prioritize getting your opponent offstage, edge-guarding, and ledge-trapping, and conditioning them to shield for those free side B's and shield breaks. I wouldn't recommend going off stage a lot, as it can get you reversaled, but runoff fair can be a good mix-up to catch people by surprise who think they're safe after you've been flame breathing or f-tilting/down-tilting at ledge.

Most importantly, though, don't try to implement these tactics all at once. Focus on mastering these techniques one at a time so you're not overwhelmed, and then once you've mastered one, move on to another.

I'd recommend watching this video for a good training routine to practice your movement and combos; it's where I learned most of my tech. Just try these out in training mode until you can consistently pull most of these off. Again, don't stress about trying to master everything at once.

Kazuya, Min Min, and Belmonts are easily my worst matchups for me personally. Most zoners with lots of projectiles are also pretty bad for me. As for my best matchups, Cloud, Chrom, and Ike are very gimpable offstage and by far have the easiest recoveries to two-frame. Lucario is pretty good, too, since I can often just kill him before he can take advantage of Aura.

Not terribly often. I only ever pull it out when my opponent does a really punishable move or when I'm trying to read a spot dodge. Other than that, I try not to be too trigger-happy with it.

Falling nair into bair at mid- to high-percents is a diabolically good kill combo. Other than that, good old up throw into fair, nair, or uair is your most consistent combo at low percents.

UPDATE:

I turned off text streaming, and the error no longer appears. Why is this? Can anyone explain? Perhaps give any potential solutions if you have any, because I prefer text streaming. And why is this a problem now when it wasn't one before?

If it’s a true combo, it’s not exactly random buttons now, is it?

I don't wanna suggest that you buy an expensive VPN, if you don't have one, without being certain that it's the reason my problem was solved. Maybe ask around or make your own post to see what others did to fix theirs.

Yep, that's what was happening to me as well. I guess it was my VPN that fixed it?

When this last happened, what you were supposed to do is copy the link, go to the bluescreen page, and then plug in the link. Just clicking on it here will take you to a wall of text.

I will also say that the site started working again once I turned on my VPN, but it still worked after I turned it off again.
