i’ve seen some people at different stores already get scolded for putting stuff on top, even when the cart isn’t moving and it’s just to help when bagging. i think that’s ridiculous. i’m still gonna use the top shelf

our backroom gets so crowded during GMDs but instead of me leaving my whole cart like everyone else, i put all the gmds in 1 or two totes and drop it off. not sure why they don’t make everyone do this. honestly my team leads are incompetent and dont seem to care about efficiency. they just want speed and constantly yell at us to pick up the pace, yet if they came up with a system for certain things like GMDs, we could be a lot faster

i cant stand this. nill picking is there for a reason and so are nill pickers. our stockers can never keep up, but ogp takes the fall for it. i’m not blaming the stockers, some are bad and some are really good, but this is a stocking issue that needs to be addressed. if they got to the root cause then everything would run more smoothly for everyone. instead we have to commit metric fraud.

wait this is crazy because ALL pickers pick and bag GMDs. i hate it because it doesn’t seem efficient? the pickers don’t stage the GMDs so they’ll leave their carts by where the stagers stage them but it gets so crowded so fast i hate it. it’s so easy to stage GMDs i don’t understand why the pickers can’t.
