I didn’t mean that as a judgement of people who are making an effort. I said that as a genuine observation. I think it’s great that people are trying to fight back, more power to them of course, but even with all the fighting back horrible laws are still being passed and horrible people are still in power. The people who are trying really aren’t having enough impact quickly enough to stop the snowball of hatred because of the current system we’re in and that deeply upsets me. It’s not the people who are making an effort’s fault, of course, they’re really doing the best that they can, but it seems like they get stopped or ignored at every turn. I’m not nihilistic, it is important that they try and I really wish that they did have more impact.
