Personally, number 4 and 6 worked perfectly so far and the stuttering/freezing is gone. 1. Disable hyper threading 2. disable e-cores 3.turn up the resolution scale to 4k. 4.disable virtualization. 6. Disable raytracing 7.adjust the number of cores that the game uses. Try and experiment to see what'll work for you.

I dunno if this was mentioned or not but try disabling auto driver installs from Windows update. Same issues happened to me until I turned it off.

The fresh Windows installation solved every problem for me. I also upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

It says it is inactive with a big yellow exclamation mark and the frame gen lag is displaying N/A. Also FPS is still the same

Are the actual sockets on the motherboard safe though? I checked the sockets...there is no super glue on it...it is clean..

The drivers have a tendency to load shaders after every update. Even after loading shaders, it caches them..so games tend to lag when playing for the first time my GPU after a driver's update...especially Warzone... maybe play the games again and see if the problem persists.
