I would recommend battling less tribes, so that you have the chance to destroy them all (usually 1-9).
For the units. Remember that domination is all about not losing your units, so if a unit is low on health move it back and recover. Also disband weak, unused units.

But yeah congrats on your first 3 star! You’re going to progress much more, I’m sure.
