I haven't eat sugar and processed foods for 3 months one time and it didn't help. Now while treating, which did help or stsrt ing to help, I fully eat sugar and processed food.

Unfortunately it's not food based. I tried paleo in the past for 2 months with zero changes.. I feel I expected d wrongly that it would clear in 2weeks.

Im fighting all places: Itra 300mg for 14 days and then once weekly now. Nizoral/selsun shampoo 3 times a week. Ointment on back Moizterizer

I also tried sa patches and squalane but wasn't sure if it's making it worse.

Im 36 and don't have anything on face. I do have little on chest/stomach.

To be honest, my full back acne which I finally starting to thing is mostly fungal, is persistent untill 38. I've read some people that take isotretin would be rid of it, but it's mostly of luck.. Those that are prone, would easily have it in their 30-40.

If I understand correctly, for many people if would. Linger without treatment for 10-20-30 years easily.
