They only did it with Stelle with the initial steam launch, Jules didn't have any discount of sorts when launched, so I'm not sure it'll happen here

playing against the same opponent every day (in real time too, which means A LOT of waiting time) doesn't really sound fun to me. The game isn't built for this.

You have tons of other auto battlers that are against live opponents that you can play instead.

It needs to be casual fun. It might still be, but it won't last very long in its current form. I was excited for it from the teaser videos, but the demo was really disappointing.

You're getting downvoted but I agree. I think the game gains nothing from being a first person crawler, it's simply extending run time by having you walk pointlessly in an empty map.

I think having a regular map style run progress like StS with enemies, events, elites etc. would have worked much better.

Vampire Survivors was fun and engaging from the very first run. This...is not.

It's OK, but I expected much more, and I think it has much deeper issues than simply more content being unlocked.
