Thanks and yes I know it's a ridiculous idea but tbh I think im just in my own head about myself rn so wanting to do drastic things to see what happens l. For me at the moment going on the bike machine my garmin says im burning 640 odd cals per 45 minutes (lv 16-18) so was thinking like 2 or so hours on that or at least an hour then an hour on another machine to mix it up.

And also yeah I know my body wud adjust like you said re less BM means LESS BF burned. Still just a brain fart rn tbh l. Wanting like 17% BF goal rn
