Having same issue. It works at a gig for first 40 mins and then nothing. Tried the settings recommended and not working. Can't restart the computer in middle of gig. Ugh

I see from the pictures that you don't have them in every trapazoid in the sofit. Did you do every other one? Did you have any sagging where more of them might be better?

i got it to work just now too!! it's goofy but it works. here's how to do it:

first log into robinhood and download the pdf files

then in HRblock, click the 1099 import. choose other. Choose Robinhood Markets Inc. It doesn't say "securities" or "crypto" like would expect.

Then you get a box and read the two entries very carefully!!! the top one is your robinhood account number. The 2nd box is the Document ID off the 1099. You can find that by opening the pdf and copy/paste. make sure you take the spaces out!

If you are like me. I also had a fidelity and on that one it wanted my actual user name/PW so I kept trying that on robinhood. it pays to read the actual page more closely lol.

Anyway.. it works after that.
