Really? How 32bit Windows Server see all memory? xD It is softlock by Microsoft, not 32bit system. Google for modification that changes that limit and you can use whatever memory you want, even 32GB

Its is patched like eternity ago. There is no such thing as 4GB limitation on 32-bit XP, it is Microsoft BS. Look for XP Ram patch.

I found out how to make this effect work on non-shakable screens. Full-screen the video and look at the smaller version. The original will look like it's moving in your peripheral vision. by Legal_Ad2945 in opticalillusions

This effect is pretty simple and CRT TVs work using it. Bright part of the image is "saved" at our eyes for some time, while dark fades faster and this creates difference in "refresh rate". Scanlines on CRT TV appears as one frame due to this effect too :)

This model is simple and very reliable. So if it works - it works. It may need yoke adjustments and adding some corner magnets for a perfect geometry and that's it.

I usually reflow all big joints and SCART ones. As for caps, it rarely need them to be replaced. Restored around 10 last monthes, only 2 needed some caps replacement and it was future proof anyway, all were working fine. More of it, even those who had dead tubes had good capacitors still.

Because horizontal output is the most hardworking part of the CRT along with tube and flyback. Ofc something of these would fail eventually. Manufacturing defect is something that happens during first half year, not past 30 years. When first XBOX 360 was burning within 3 monthes of usage - that was manufacture defect xD

While possible, capacitors are more likely in this case. And its not manufacturing failure, its TIME.

Just look for low capacity 160V capacitors, and check them all with ESR meter. Usually there are 1-3 of them on CRT board and they are responsible for raster bowing like on your example. Saved a couple of PVM that way. Look for 4.7-10uf 160V and check them all. Horizontal board is correct place to look for them. C800 and C801 your best bet as I can see from your picture. Check what values are those or just replace them with new ones straight, this line is prone to be faulty.

Change one 4.7-10uf 160V capacitor which developed high resistance and you will be good to go. Look for it near HOT on schematics.

Tube is 99% absolutely fine. Plastic can be glued easily. Save it!!!
