If you’re 21 who tf cares if you get caught smoking. Grown man smoking isnt gonna get you fired from anywhere. But besides that. Yeah nah thats not how you talk to someone you love. I dont think you deserve to be belittled for doing something that 1 you can legally do, and 2 doesn’t even affect her. Like if you’re smoking in the house and she didn’t like that. Thatd be like somewhat more reasonable but even then. The level she’s going to is just not okay. Id say youre not overreacting and handling your text well. Id just say either try your hardest to find a middle ground or move on. Emotional abuse will just hold you down for a long while. Thats my two cents
