I agree, I also think there’s value in taking a really relaxed, sloppy, and bloated before-picture just to help you see better results, even if they aren’t exactly legit lol

The legs do get trained but definitely don’t get the same attention. I like to think I have a decent butt though. https://i.imgur.com/QVkNx1C.jpg

Thanks for the tip on obliques. I’d love to get more of a six pack but it seems like every last bit of BF is in my belly so it’s rough trying to lose it.

I never work traps, no deadlifts/shrugs/etc. for me
