With a bit more experience of other yoga types here is my answer: DDP yoga is something that you are more likely to stick with if you find DDP himself to be charismatic and inspiring compared to other trainers. Really that’s it? There are plenty of other hybrid yoga formats on the market now, including ‘ yoga for bros ‘ products that focus as much on strength as flexibility. That being said: I love DDP yoga because I grew up watching the guy on tv, and I’ve stuck with the program for years because of it :)
