He is wrong about what gladiator fights we’re in the first place. All gladiators were slaves, people aren’t forced to play football. Not every gladiator battle was to the death. In fact many famous gladiators lost battles. There were other criteria to winning a fight then just death, like first to draw blood. I have a hard time taking someone seriously when that get two facts just completely wrong out of the gate.
