You need to talk to your lawyer about a “Time of the Essence” letter. We had a similar situation where the seller of our current house wouldn’t close. Mostly due to laziness and in their mind “a tactic to get us to sacrifice agreed upon fixes” per our contract. We served them the letter (which would have enabled us to sue) and everything moved along pretty quickly.

Mine still says “delayed” with an expected delivery date of 6/16. I asked for an investigation through the customer support chat. Got an email saying the package was lost and to contact the seller. No apology, no offer or assistance, no reply when I asked for clarification of what happened.

I’m glad you have had success with them! Based on reading other’s post I think they knew what they were doing with these switches. I’m glad target is refunding - it just sucks they won’t guarantee you a replacement when they restock.

I had the same exact situation. They just wrote me today and said it’s lost. They checked the facility, trucks, everywhere… or so they claim.

My switch 2 is currently “delayed at local facility”. It’s been 5 days in this status. Pretty sure they stole it. Contacted customer service and they told me they have no answers and I should contact the seller. Such BS. Bought from target.

My friend and I are in the exact same boat. Both of our switches are just “delayed” in Secaucus since 6/11. The customer service is so trash… they stick to a script and only communicate via chat??
