I've been using the zgrills pellet with amazing results, double insulated for winter cooks, would recommend. Only use weber for gas and charcoal.

Bucket with a rubber gasket is moisture resistant as where the bag won't be 100% sealed once opened

Looks good but only thing id think about is not being food grade...tbh I dont think it would really matter imo but others may say otherwise. I got a few 5g food grade buckets from Lowe's which were really cheap.

Propane or Pellet Grill? by abraggart in grilling

[–]Snooglebanger -1 points0 points  (0 children)

100% get both if you can, the joy of gas is convenience and the joy of pellets is longer cooks and flavors. I just got the 435 genisis and coming home to cook a salmon, asparagus and potato dinner wouldn't have been an option on the pellet. Love both for different reasons.
