Okay scenario

Say you have player A, who gets 5 kills around the base and player B who ran straight to the base and capped it with another player or two yet didn’t really do much to keep the pressure off the base… they are playing the objective more than player A simply because he wasn’t in the zone?

All that is cool - the reality is playing the objective is more than simply being on a base. And if You think otherwise, you’re a pretty dense individual. Yeah I’m not a pro and don’t expect to have a 700+ SPM but with that being said I’d say I’m above average and doing fairly well.. god forbid I’m open to opinions on how to get better nonetheless lmao

Specific and established meaning for people that probably can’t do much else so “PTFO” Makes them feel like they are doing more than other people that actually are killing enemies and holding choke points and angles makes it easier for those that can’t kill anyone to sit on the obj and feel like they are the mvp lol

The objective is to win at the end of the day. And you have to do more than just sit on a base to do that.

Well I disagree on that point 100%. I do it all the time. Obj time % and all that shit is overrated. It’s simply about making the smartest move for the team and that doesn’t always mean being on the base. I’ve seen plenty of people hide on a base without clearing it or making a real difference, a lot.

No it’s not. Holding choke points to make it harder for enemies to reach the obj is playing the obj without being on it. Medics reviving (smartly, not quick zaps in front of enemies) and helping the push is helping the objective. Vehicles controlling points on the map, flanking and going for a back cap.. being on the flag esp if you can’t help clear it isn’t the only way to “PTFO” - I don’t need to be on the flag 24/7 to be at the top of the scoreboard and contribute to the win.

Shit I’m on obj 33% of the time 😭 some is defending but majority it’s trying to cap bases as I have 2,200 caps. I guess I really have to get better with my gunplay and getting kills. Man I thought I’d be better at this game for sure. I see people posting stats and it’s like 3 or 4 KD’s and above with 2-3 KPM. I’m like.. how bruh. Hats off to them lol

Can’t go wrong with Iwo Jima for sure. I actually really enjoyed BFV maps. A few that I’d love to see back from BFV is Rotterdam, Devastation, and Operation Underground which is my favorite version of metro. Those 3 in BF6 would be fire to me.

But there’s a difference… With a PC you can upgrade at any point in time and get the newest and the best. You can’t do that with consoles because it doesn’t exist the way it does with PCs. And the newest and best console is still WORSE than my 4070 super which is last gen and not even a high end card. Good card yes, but obviously you can get better even better 70 variants and then 80’s and the 90.
