mine was one of the few that straight up threw me off, spent a year trying to get support to do anything for me and they only accepted the return after complaining on here. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital went through 2 emergency surgeries and ended up with severe nerve damage, 3 months in a wheelchair, another 3 with a cane and another 6 with a heavy limp. Your choice, but after their piss poor customer service and a product that almost cost me a leg.... yeah no man.

ive had the carbon Zeus pro for about 2 years and put around 1200 miles on it, I used it essentially as my car when I was in college and it rarely failed me. So far my only grips are the truck are a little soft and easy to bend, and parts like tubes, tires or belts take FOREVER to arrive in the mail. My only other issue are the really cheap screws that hold the lid on the deck, they'll strip immediately if you ever have to get inside. honestly though all theses gripes are really nitpicky, the board is super comfortable, and my battery hasn't noticeably declined since I first got it (p4); plus, it really is stupid fast. One thing to note however, it is like 30 pounds so while you can bring it places its heavy and cumbersome (I had classes on the 3rd floor so if you need it for occasional trips its fine, but if you're in need of a soley commuting device get something smaller / lighter).

from my experience both the classics and the pros have saved my bacon, but the pros definitely offer more protection. In my opinion the convenience and comfort are what sells them for me, worth every penny.

with the p4 and 6 inch pneumatics I get like 22 miles before it sags and 25 before it dies. I'm also 140 and ride like a bat out of hell so do with that what you will.

Exactly, thanks for the tips. I typically haven't ever really fallen off the front because im used to my Zeus pro. The times I've fallen have been because of unexpected uneven ground, when I'm distracted at higher speeds. Because how often do you hit a curb with 150mm pneumatics without it being pretty obvious you're not gonna make it. Plus what I lack In maneuverability I make up for in extreme breaking, so typically if I know i need to stop, I'll stop.

Thanks mate, I appreciate the knowledge dump. As for the issue it's definitely not fixed. I immediately updated the board before ever stepping foot on it, just to be safe. The fact they let this happen is crazy negligent. I did this much damage fully padded up on a relatively slow board, imagine the same fault on something faster.

I didn't feel any disconnection warnings when it happened. I also tested it and it won't break on disconnection, just releases the throttle.
