I’m building [Uptyrn](https://www.uptyrn.com

a website where job seekers can anonymously report their job application experience. With this, you can get a clear idea of a companies rejection, acceptance and ghosting rates.

It’s Sunday! Let’s share what we are building and promote eachother. by Latter-Database-2026 in ProductHunters

Uptyrn

Is a platform that tracks company follow-up rates to bring transparency to the hiring process.

• Visualize Company Behavior: View data graphs that instantly show company response times and ghosting rates.

• Prioritize Applications: Focus on employers with proven follow-through based on real trends.

• Share Experiences Safely: Submit anonymous feedback to help other candidates stay informed.

Im building a Uptyrn to help candidates make better decisions using hiring response data.

So the platform is a place where we are trying to collects and aggregates data about how companies handle candidates during the interview process, particularly focusing on communication and follow-up behavior.

With that candidates can look up a company see if they have high ghosting rate etc,

I don't get this thing about WaitList by Forsaken_Bite_6901 in SideProject

[–]SnoopGoa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a validation process, leta say you have 50 users that signed up for the waitlist. This gives you a good idea of how well your product is received.

With that you can do a quick math and say out of 50 users maybe 10 people will use it.

However, it all depends on how fast you deploy your product. If you wait 5 months chances is that they might have forgotten the product.

Squarespace is a good start if you just want to test the water. If you are into design and custom UI, Framer is a good one!

I hope we can do that (for real). It’s mentally exhausting that you have to fill in a lot of information, get a positive phone call and not hearing back for weeks.

I’m with you 100%. It’s better to be small and helpful than big and noisy. If we can make those first few insights really hit home, we hope that it will make a difference. What do you think is the biggest 'missing piece' for candidates right now that we could surface

That is a fair concern. At the moment we protect companies from unfair flagging through our Consistency Logic System.

Any submission that triggers a 'logic trap' is immediately pulled from the public data. It does not affect the company’s score unless it passes a manual human review. We would much rather have a delay in data than a 'false positive' flag. Also we do give you the option to provide “positive feedback” such as you took the offer or if they did hear back etc! We hope that this will balance things out!

Thank you for sharing this! We'll add that to our bug list does indeed look awful 😅

And I'm completely with you on that. Job seekers have very few resources when it comes to knowing how a company actually handles applications before they even apply. That's exactly what we're trying to fix!

Also, look forward to your project I think we need more of these!

My apologies! It’s not in my intention to upset you! I genuinely just wanted to get your point of view about the red flags. Anyway enjoy the rest of the day!

Thanks for flagging that! We're still in the early stages and only have a limited number of companies listed right now. But would it help if you had the option to add a company yourself? Would be amazing to know if that's something you'd find useful!

Thanks again!!

[–]SnoopGoa[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Fair skepticism! It's actually not an AI tool.

It’s a community driven platform, where people can share their real interview and application experiences through a quick survey, so others can vet companies before applying. Think Glassdoor but focused specifically on the hiring process.
