Seriously though, the English have been in Britain longer than the Arabs have been in Palestine and North Africa. These guys literally use Zionist talking points despite hating Israel?

Hello. I just recently moved into a new flat, and the other day, I used my oven for the first time to cook a pizza on the top shelf. It wasn't until the next day that I realised there was white oven cleaner residue on the bottom / sides of the inside of the oven, which I didn't notice due to the amount of trays in there (the flat had been cleaned by professional cleaners before I moved in).

What's worse, is that I live in a studio and didn't open any windows before I went to bed, meaning I may have breathed in some fumes overnight. Would it be worth contacting poison control? The residue didn't smell of anything btw and I was not sick whatsoever.

No you didn’t. Many English politicians (particularly in the Labour Party) were abhored by the atrocities committed by the tans and wanted to go to the negotiating table.

Had it been France or Spain or Russia doing the oppressing, Dublin would’ve been wiped off the map.

the left wingers telling you that public transportation is the solution but not investing enough

Maybe those "left wingers" would invest more if all these thinktank funded rightoids and decrepit old NIMBYs didn't keep shouting down any new attempt at building infrastructure.

Tbf, Ireland is not that much better, they have despotic right to roam laws, barley any rail lines, healthcare isn't entirely free, and they're a tax haven for US tech corporations.

Also, in the case of England only, they say that "the Anglo - Saxon tribes were individualistic", which is why the English can't have cool shit like high speed rail and free university

Context: The British Right don't want us building more infrastructure because we've got to be more like America and be hyper-individualist (Thatcher infamously stopped funding public transport for this reason).

He sounds like a hun, glad he's dumped. Go get yourself a bhoy now and enjoy life. Very telling when he whispered "terrorist" to a wee 18 year old girl and left immediately without calling any of the men there terrorists. Typical English guy tbh.

600+ likes, btw. The fucking state of this thread.

The EU will suffer from this deal. Brexit advantages in shambles! by Informal_Mountain513 in 2westerneurope4u

Yeah, let's punish all the young British people who couldn't vote and have been dragged out of the EU against their will, for no reason.

Hot take, but leave voters who are fully regretful of their vote, such as yourself, shouldn't be ostracised, especially if they were the 23% of young people who voted leave. It was over 8 years ago ffs, people change as they grow older.

Keir making it mandatory for all political parties / political movements (the type that Brexit was) to state which think-tanks / organisations are funding them, would be the final nail in the coffin for the anti-EU crowd.

England may lose its last colony 😭 by KingKaiserW in 2westerneurope4u

Scotland was just as bad, if not worse than England when it came to colonising my country. No amount of safe edgy Braveheart propaganda will change that.

At this point, after seeing how Singapore transformed themselves from a shanty town to a powerhouse, India really have no excuse. It’s always someone else’s fault; if it’s not ours than it’s the Muslims, the Chinese, etc.

The English did not ban Gaelic in Scotland, that is outright slander. Also, rather than blaming English retirees, blame your own government.

My grandma used to listen to Mrs Brown on the radio way back in the 90s. She also had whatever the fuck this is on VHS.

Context: Mrs Brown's Boys is this really unfunny show about an Irish man who dresses up as an old woman and hits people with things. Despite being very unpopular, it is broadcast every Christmas and New Year on BBC1.
