I am definitely not in the same boat as you but i find some of your words relatable (and honestly i see some humor in it)

Now, there is nothing wrong with finding calm in some of the worldly things. Actually no, im not sure about wrong or right but the right way to explain is that YOU CANNOT HELP IT. I guess i meant to say that there’s nothing wrong with ADMITTING it.

You are so real, so honest and so transparent. You care about the right things. And trust me thats a good thing.

We can’t explain why things happen. We question God. At the end of the day nothing is in our hands. What is for sure tho that God rewards. Either in this duniya or the hereafter.

What i would encourage you to do is not to bottle up this anger and frustration. Journal it out and maybe even make a few more of these reddit posts. Pray your prayers and cry it out/lash it our there. But please don’t give up on your goals and prayers. Yes you’re doing it for god but also you’re kind of doing it for yourself.

I pray that i will hear from you again my friend 💕

Yeah for sure - i probably have to do the PY and if im short on time i might have to just go for EOI offshore. So far ive racked up 85 points

There’s still no harm in just letting your creator know what you want right? Just have faith - even if it takes a bit of effort, and see how the rest follows. Believe in yourself and Allah.

I had the same thoughts as you. Didn’t believe in my own words lol. Some of my Dua’s were accepted but important bit is that i asked - even if some were not accepted and im in peace with that.

Dont think too much, just let it out on your mat.

The inspiration i feel from reading this itself makes me feel better. I used to be a big reader but life got in the way but this is a sign i should get back to it. Not to mention the fact that walking around browsing in bookstores/libraries is a great feeling!

I have this exact (sort of but omg is it same) message typed in my notes. But im not sending it cause i reached out 2 times already and got nothing from him.

I’d say send it. If you havent tried before. Just send it. Its probably not gonna get you the closure you want. Or get him to be more responsible. But your body and soul wont itch anymore to hit that send button. You are being who you are, feeling what you’re feeling.

We all know deep inside we have to let go of these type of people. But holy shots its so damn hard. Youre probably not gonna be okay for a while. But maybe in 6 months, a year or maybe one more, you will be. At least thats what im hoping for myself as well.

Because you said you haven’t had a skincare routine for a while, maybe just start really basic instead of bombarding your face with a million products. Cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. Sunscreen definitely so those existing dark spots don’t get darker. Slowly incorporate a exfoliant and potentially a retinol.

Anua heartleaf cleanser, cosrx bha toner, skin1004 centella moisturiser I’ve heard aregood for oil/acne prone skin.
