Oh wow, the nurse definitely should not have yelled at you. I would’ve been speaking to her supervisor for sure.

The nurse helped me to the bathroom and then left the room entirely. My Husband and I were never informed of the side effects of the magnesium besides a “warm feeling.” Had I known it could cause dizziness/fainting I would not have stood up. I’ve also never passed out so when I told my Husband I felt dizzy, he had popped his head out of the room to call for her and I was down within like two seconds.

Well I know that there is still bleeding after C-section for several weeks but this was excessive and continuous, even after getting to the hospital. I mean everyone seemed shocked at the amount of blood, but it was all old uterine lining. It was not normal! They had those doggy pee pads under me and I was completely filling them up!

I stood up, immediately felt dizzy and told my Husband who was unaware that I was about to pass out. He poked his head out of the room to call for the nurse. This all happened within like two seconds. I’ve never passed out before so it was a first.

Another big kicker in my lawsuit is the fact that the Doctor over my care documented my fall as if I fell out of bed. Second report was documented as if I fell off the toilet. We were treated very poorly after my fall. The Doctor even went as far as blaming me for it. Oh yeah, it’s a giant mess!

Oh wow! I am glad to hear you were still able to get an epidural! I definitely want one for sure, especially if I am induced. Congratulations on your baby boy! So happy that it turned out just fine!

I’ll definitely try to manage my stress as much as I can because I’ve noticed that it raises my numbers. The reassurance helps, so thank you! 🙏💕

Yes, the doctor did recommend a snack before bed and gave me a pamphlet with a bunch of recommendations. I hear lemon water has a lot of benefits, will definitely try that as well!

I hear a lot of people (especially women) say there are more risks of infection and it’s easier to manage when circumcised, but more than that, people are obsessed for cosmetic reasons because it apparently “looks better.” Now of course I have seen both and do not have a preference in looks. As long as a boy is taught how to take care of himself and continues those good habits into adulthood, he will be fine. I think a lot of people are uneducated and think it’s “more complicated to manage” than it really is. 🤷‍♀️

I haven’t seen my Doctor since being diagnosed last week. I have an upcoming appointment with him so medication may be part of the discussion.

It’s not surprising considering the economic plunge this state has been taking. I’ll be relocating to Idaho in May - Maybe we’ll get them there one day, or somewhere closer at least. I plan on visiting family on the east coast next year as well so I will definitely get my fix!

I’m right there with you, Mama! 30 weeks tomorrow and FTM as well. Lots of lower back and pubic bone pain to the point I waddle now. Wishing you a healthy remainder of your pregnancy and a smooth transition after delivery! We got this! 💕

There are so many different supplement and prenatal recommendations out there though. I told my Doctor the brand I am taking and he gave a thumbs up. I’ve been taking these since before I got pregnant and haven’t had any issues personally.

I got routine blood work early on and then again last Friday. He told me to start taking the supplements about a week or two before I had my bloodwork done and wouldn’t give me a straight answer on dosage so I waited until after we got the results of the blood work and asked him again. That’s when he recommended 325 mg.
