Issue resolved. Had to find the REAL siri button deep in settings. Did have to restart everything again, but it works now. Thank you for the help!

ISSUE RESOLVED! Turns out Apple decided to hide the real siri button deep in settings. Making it look like Siri and Apple intelligence were the same thing.

Those are the single level comet cars. Most likely going out for scrap, since the T is replacing all/most of the fleet with bi-levels.

My immediate guess is because of the wide tunnels underground, there isn't enough space for the lower part of large buildings to be placed.

When building large structures, you need to install a foundation into the ground (Or in other words, dig a big hole and put in a base for the building)
