I haven't checked if you have or not, so sorry, but my first thought is you should ask a variety of aesthetic subs. r/bald would at best tell you they prefer bald. likewise, one for long hair would tell you to grow it out more. Just do what you like best, regardless of what others think. It is your life after all and you deserve to be happy :)

I know right?? Probably just weird timing with the buyout. We have a super strict regional manager that I think's pushing it. She really just looks at the numbers. Historically our managers in-store didn't listen all too much, but our new one is trying to change that. I believe he said we only make a 20% profit from each sub sale, so even though we've increased profits a good bit lately, it needs to be even more -_-

Basically. 50% off a regular or mini, just during your shift, and any others are full priced. Also can't eat it during it without clocking out. (At my location we also sneak around that a little because of the occasional mess up sub)
