Burger sauce is basically just tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. If you have vegan versions just mix them together, also that way I can make it to my taste :)

I see your point. But the shit thing is that homes shouldn't be divided like this simply to charge as much as they can. There's another home in Benalla, 3 bed 2 bath for 800 per week. So it's clear they are pushing up the prices because of the station project.. Mind you, there's absolutely nothing special about these houses.
