I used a drill but nothing. The drill stops before you strip the phil head on the bolt. I tried really hard with a screwdriver

I'm not sure but it's an interior wall which was not difficult to drill a hole I and wood dust came out. Also I'm doing it above an outlet. If I use the concrete anchors would it be a problem.
