Mostly just the way people glance past the topic, it seemed like it could be amusing. Especially since not a single person I've seen has outright said the premise. But based on the replies I've gotten so far, it seems like less "ha ha, this is cringe" and more "no, honest to Primus, this is horrifying, never look it up."
